The National HIV Story Trust is dedicated to preserving the stories of those touched by the AIDS pandemic and 2021 marks 40 years since the first cluster of what later became known as AIDS were officially reported in Los Angeles.

To mark this anniversary, ahead of this year’s World AIDS Day on 1st Dec we have published our first book: Love, Loss & Life.

It is a collection of 22 stories taken from our wider archive that tell the story of very different experiences of the AIDS pandemic.

Proceeds from the book will benefit our work to ensure these stories are never forgotten.
