NHST’s Director of Education Chris joined the Bloomsbury Network to discuss the ‘Forgotten History of HIV’ on 18th Oct.

The event looked at the early days of HIV, when a diagnosis was a death sentence, through to today when HIV is considered a manageable condition.

Chris shared his personal experience with attendees, including charting his own diagnosis and the loss of his partners alongside contemporary events.

What a lovely, moving, poignant and personal account of your lived history intertwined with historical events. A thousand ‘well dones'”
