James is a Project Manager with a background managing projects focusing on the history of East London. Born and brought up in London, he is particularly interested in social and imperial histories and the way in which they have shaped the world we live in today.
James is the Project Manager leading NHST’s latest initiative, HIVstory, an innovate and exciting outreach project. HIVstory will tell the stories amassed by NHST and the first-of its-kind project will also raise further awareness of the AIDS pandemic and generate positive social change, particularly with younger generations who may have little or no knowledge of this period of history.
He has also produced films, curated exhibitions and led training programmes. He enjoys travelling with his partner, DJing and playing and watching football.
